For Hotel Accomodation
Article 1 (Scope of Application)
The terms and Conditions shall govern any accommodation agreement or any other related contracts entered into between the hotel and the guest (including guest using rooms for teleworking the day, etc.; the same shall apply hereinafter), and any matters and any matters not stipulated in the terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws and regulations (Laws and regulations or those based on the laws. Any usage guidelines and precautions (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Rules”) presented by the hotel in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall, in addition to the Hotel Rules and Regulations established by the hotel and kept in guestrooms, constitute a part of these Terms and Conditions.
If the hotel responds to a special contract to the extent that it does not violate laws and customs, regardless of the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the special contract shall take precedence.
Article 2 (Application for Accommodation Agreement)
Those who intend to apply for an accommodation contract with the hotel will be asked to provide the following matters to the hotel.
( 1 ) Guest name
( 2 ) Date of accommodation and estimated time of arrival
( 3 ) Accommodation fee (generally, based on the price displayed on the hotel’s official website)
( 4 ) Other information the hotel deems necessary
In the event that a guest requests to extend the accommodation date beyond the accommodation date listed in Item ( 2 ) of the preceding paragraph during their stay, the hotel will process it as if there was a new accommodation contract application at the time the offer was made.
Article 3 (Establishment of accommodation contract, etc.)
The accommodation contract shall be established when the hotel accepts the application in the preceding article. However, this does not apply when the hotel proves that it did not consent.
If the accommodation contract is established in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the accommodation fee will be paid by the date specified by the hotel.
If you do not pay the accommodation fee in paragraph 2 by the date specified by the hotel in accordance with the provisions of the same paragraph, the accommodation contract shall lose its validity. However, in specifying the payment date of the application fee, it is only if the hotel notifies the guest to that effect.
Article 4 (Refusal of conclusion of accommodation contract)
The hotel may not respond to the conclusion of the accommodation contract in the following cases.
When the application for accommodation is not in this agreement.
When there is no room available due to the full occupancy (member).
When it is recognized that the person who intends to stay is likely to act contrary to the provisions of laws and regulations, public order or good customs regarding accommodation.
When a potential guest is deemed likely to break the law, disrupt public order, or act contrary to public morals during their stay. When a potential guest is deemed to fall under any of following categories:
An organized crime group under the act on prevention of Unjust acts by organized Crime Group Members (Act No. 77 of 1991) as stipulated in article 2 ( 2 ) (hereinafter “organized crime group”) a member of organized crime group as stipulated in Article 2 (hereinafter “organized crime group member” ), an associate member or affiliate of an organized crime group or any other antisocial force
When the applicant is involved in corporations whose operations are controlled by an organized crime group.
When any of the directors of the applicant’s corporation is classified as a member of an organized crime group.
When the accommodation application violates the stipulations of these terms and conditions

When the potential guest’s behavior poses a significant nuisance to other guests.
hen a violent request is made regarding accommodation or when a burden is requested beyond a reasonable range (excluding cases where the guest is requesting to eliminate social barriers pursuant to the provision of Article 2 of the “[Act for Eliminating Discrimination against Persons with Disabilities]”), or is deemed to have engaged in any similar acts in the past.
When the person is recognized as having an infectious disease.
When the hotel is unable to accommodate guests due to natural disasters, facility breakdowns, or other unavoidable reasons.
Article 5 (Right to cancel the contract of the hotel)
Guests can cancel the accommodation contract by making an offer to the hotel.
If the hotel cancels all or part of the accommodation contract due to reasons attributable to the guest (if the hotel specifies the payment date of the application fee according to the provisions of Article 3, Paragraph 2 and requests the payment, and the accommodation before the payment Except when the guest cancels the accommodation contract.) Article 6 (Right to cancel the contract of the guest)

Article 7 (Registration of accommodation)
- Guests are required to register the following items at the reception desk of the hotel on the day of their stay.

- For foreigners, nationality, passport number, place of entry and date of entry

- Guests can use the guest rooms of the hotel from 3 p.m. to 11 a.m. the next morning. However, in the case of consecutive accommodation, you can use it all day except for the arrival date and departure date.
Article 9 (Compliance with the Rules of Use)
Guests are required to follow the usage rules set by the hotel in the hotel.
Article 10 (Payment of fees)
- Payment of accommodation fees, etc. in the preceding paragraph will be paid by the designated date of the hotel by online payment (credit card) and advance payment by electronic invoice (credit card payment or bank transfer) at the time of application. If an additional fee occurs, you will be charged on site.
- Even if the hotel provides guest rooms to guests and is available for use, and guests do not stay arbitrarily, a room fee will be charged.
Article 11 (Responsibility of the Hotel)
- The hotel will compensate for the damage caused to the guest due to the performance of the accommodation contract and related contract, or due to their failure. However, this does not apply if it is not due to reasons attributable to the hotel.
- The hotel has liability insurance in order to deal with fires, etc.
Article 12 (Storage of baggage or personal items of guests)

If the guest’s baggage or personal items are left behind at the hotel after the guest checks out, and the owner is found, the hotel will contact the owner and ask for instructions. However, if the owner is not found or the owner is not instructed, it will be stored for 7 days, including the date of discovery, and then disposed of. In addition, disposable items such as food and drink and hygiene products will be disposed of on the day.
Article 13 (Responsibility for Parking)

If the guest uses the hotel’s parking lot, the hotel will lend you a place and will not be responsible for the management of the vehicle.
Article 14 (Responsibility of guests)

If the hotel suffers damage due to the intention or negligence of the guest, or if there is damage or defacement to the hotel’s equipment, etc., the guest will be compensated in full for the damage to the hotel.
Article 15 (About room cleaning)

The hotel does not clean the rooms and exchange sanitary products such as sheets and towels during your stay. However, if you are staying for more than 2 consecutive nights, we will clean the room and exchange sanitary products for a fee for the guests who wish.

If you stay for more than 3 consecutive nights, we will inspect the equipment, clean the room, and replace the hygiene products from 11 o’clock on the third night.
